General Shipping Information

Many items and total orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as it is placed. Please allow 10-14 business days for non-stock items and special orders. We are not taking international orders at this time. We are not taking COD orders at this time.

Any order may be picked up at our store with no shipping charges. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please email or call us for shipping prices. Free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Smaller items (under 150 lbs)

Small items will ship via FedEx or UPS. Our free shipping method is for ground shipments only, no expedited service. If you need an item sooner you can select an expedited shipping method when adding an item to the shopping cart. There is a handling charge of no more than $15, depending on packaging.

Larger Items (over 150 lbs)

All large items ship via freight truck. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The driver will bring the item to the tailgate of the trailer. From that point you must unload the item. They are not obligated to help you unload the item or take the item to your garage. There is an additional $150 charge for a lift gate, so please notify us if you will need one.

To avoid a lift gate fee, you can pick up your order at the trucking terminal in your area. Make sure someone can be present to receive your order, and that we have a valid day time phone number in case the trucking company needs to contact you.

Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives. Notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.

Shipping Policies for MK Diamond Products

MK orders $1250 or higher qualify for free shipping. (Standard freight)
Commercial delivery (with commercial address) No additional handling charges.

FEDEX/UPS Residential package delivery will be assessed a handling fee of $5 per package.

Common Carrier Residential Delivery

Will be assessed $65 residential handling charge. Should a lift gate be required, a $150 fee in addition to the residential handling fee will be charged.


  • We have a 30-day return policy for unused items.
  • All parts are special order and are non-returnable.¬†Please double check your order for accuracy before placing your order.
  • Items eligible to be returned must be postmarked within 30 days of invoiced date, or within 45 days from shipping date.
  • Items returned after the above set time period, or in non-resalable condition, including marked or damaged manufacturer packaging, will not be credited.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, and everything must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition to receive full credit.
  • Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.
  • No returns on printed materials, special orders or customized products. All returns are subject to a 25% Toolpusher restocking charge. Return of non-stock items are subject to an additional manufacturer's restocking fee not to exceed 25% of the sale price. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Return Instructions

Each item you wish to return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Toolpusher, as well as a return mailing address. To get your RMA, email us at:  Include the order number and reason for return in your email.

Write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packing slip and label. Include your name, address, contact information, order number, and reason for return. Ship the item to the return address included with your RMA.


All warrantees are subject to the manufacturer's policy, including freight costs. All warranty claims are subject to approval for credit from the manufacturer.
